Blog Navigation Arrows - Remove Date

Hello - Is there a way to remove the post date on the Prev/Next Post Navigation arrows? I like how it has the title, but I dont want the publish date.

Attached is the screen shot of what I want to remove.

But you do not have the navigation activated. We have to see it to give you custom css.
