After update Betheme I do not see new pre-built website in kokpit

Hellou,

I have problem from a few months (it happend with version 20 of Bethem I suppose).

During creating new site:

1.

install WP

2.

install Betheme v. 20.8.9

3.

Kokpit - pre-built website - there is no new prebuilt websites to install/load

4.

I do update of Betheme to version 20.9.3

5.

in kokpit there are new pre-build websites but without pictures (as show on pictures)

6.

there are problems with installation - lack of some pictures, icons etc. Bethem do not "see" pictures from old catalogues in UPDATE sub-folder

Can you help me with this problems?

Pictures from 1 to 5 show how it looks - do you noticed such a problem? How can I to solv it?

HI,

please first disable all plugins and clear your browser cache.

If this will not help, then it is probably related to the server settings.
