Yes, this is what we mean exactly. We thought it's obvious that for person with good coding skills, there is no limits. But in reference to Item Support Policy files customization are not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
This is very important, especially for shop owners. I want my shopping cart to be always visible in mobile devices, as it's cofusing to scroll everytime you want to look at your shopping cart!
