Portfolio categories - display description

Hi,

i know that most themes do not support display of portfolio categories description, but is there something i can change in any .php file or can you recommend a plugin for that? i really would need this short description text!

Maybe you did not set the main portfolio page correctly?

You have to choose the main portfolio page in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>portfolio

Please send us a working link because this one is not working.

and the link should be working.

We checked and this is what you need to do:

1. If you are using a main portfolio page, which you have set correctly in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop then please do not add any content to it, it should be left blank. You on the other hand have added a lot of WPBakery items.

2. Not all of the categories have descriptions, the one that have are working fine but the WPBakery content is still displaying so we suggest removing it from the portfolio page.

Thanks for checking.

We would like to keep that content in portfolio page, otherwise it does not suit to the design of rest of the website. is there no other option ?!

You can add your text or images into the portfolo page but keep it simple and fill all the category descriptions.
