Trying Pre-build website install but any theme has error "The package could not be unziped "

Hi, I'm trying to setup pre-build website for new installed Wordpress site.
I followed video tutorial and trying to install pre-build website. but any theme has errors "The package could not be unziped."

how to solve this problems.

    I have the same problem here. When trying to install the pre-built websites, I get this message: 'The package could not be unziped.'
    Has someone come up with a solution for this?

    No problem until old version .Not sure about ZipArchive,

     Is any manually upload pre-buiild web site?

    Hello,
    you also have to make sure that your hosting enviroment does support ZIP archive. Otherwise it will nto unzip the package you download.
    Please contact your hosting provider and ask him to turn it on.
    Please contact your hosting provider and make him check if the ZIP archive is enabled. Otherwise the zipped package you download will not unzip and install.

    I have checked the downloaded contents within the server and I can see that the zip file has been downloaded.

    I am able to ssh onto the server and unzip the archive manually and I have checked the file permissions which seem to be ok. I can also see that php-zip is present.

    Which zip archive program does betheme use to unzip the file?

    BeTheme uses only ZipArchive extension added to PHP.
