I need to turn responsiveness off so that my website looks the same on a mobile as it does desktop

I need my website to look the same on a mobile device as it does a desktop. When I turn responsive OFF in the muffin builder theme options it does not work. My website on a mobile looks really bad as it has distorted the layout. See for yourself: https://wiseowlresearch.com/
