How to open in new tab for links at the blog?

I'm trying the link of Nature Council to be open in new tab/window. How can I do it?

I searched the advanced settings of Wordpress, but I don't see link target checkbox as I'd expect to see.

Hi,

if you are adding a link in the text, you have to add a target attribute.
