Problem by install the plugins

Hello,

I have met all specifications and also increased the php time limit to 300 as recommended (see here: http://prntscr.com/jtlffm).
 Unfortunately, there are still problems with the installation of the required plugins, see here: http://prntscr.com/jtlf4h




Please help me.

    Hi,
    Please make sure that CURL is enabled.
    If this is then please contact your hosting providor and ask him about any firewalls.
    The problem with CURL Error 28 is not theme related.
    The server is blocking the incoming files.

    Hi,
    I just talked to the hoster (all-incl). There are no firewalls and nothing is blocked by curl. We tested that together. His guess is that the request for the plugins goes out, it's up to the server where the plugins are located and should be fetched.
    Can this be?

    We often see this problem and trust us that this is not theme relate, from the error you see in the screenshot you provided there is a timeout, the hosting provider should recognize that this issue is most liekely connected to the server settins. Please read this:
