Unable to set Header Image on Pages and Blog

Under Theme Options > Header > Background I have set an image. This image, try as I might, will not show up in the header area. I am able to set a background image to the top bar.

I have added a Revolution Slider to this page, but the Rev Slider seems to blank out the subheader: http://tmabeta01.info/blog/

Hi,

Please go to Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header > Background

Make sure that Minimalist option is off and you have set Image in Top Bar Background.

I have made these changes - the background image is now in the top bar, but none yet in the header itself.

Please go to BeTheme > Theme Options > Global > General > Background and disable transparent header.
