How to make a menu item as a button?

Hello!

Please, can you explain me, how to change one of menu items (for example, Let's talk) to a button which will be noticeable within all the pages?

This is the Action Button function. You can edit the button at Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras > Action Button

Go to BeTheme > Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras, and turn Top Bar Right hide option off.
