Invalid purchase code, why do I have to post on a forum to get support?!

I purchased betheme, put it my purchase code and it says it is invalid. I don' t understand why following the steps from envato takes me here. I need REAL support because i PAID for this product, not some forum where I sit around waiting for someone to see my post

Please make sure you are pasting the correct license key, maybe you missed a character or pasted it with a blank space.
