Hi I try to import the Be Theme demo 'http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/gsmservice/'

to my new site: 'https://hotmobileisrael.com/'

and it is not working, it gives an error message 'The link you followed has expired.'

Hi,

GSMService is downloading with any problem.

Please deinstall BeTheme, delete whole folder via FTP.

Then try again to install and import this pre-built website.

Hi, we deregistered the theme and deleted the whole folder with all media files as instructed. We reinstalled and tried again. Still didn't work. See the link below for a screenshot of what we get.

Hi, I need the ip address that you will be accessing our ftp server from in order to specifically unblock it for our firewall

We can't do it because we have dynamic ip adress and we aren't able to give it to you.

You have to disable firewall to download this pre-built website.

Hi,

I'm sorry. we can't do that. I can offer you 2 solutions.

(1) you send me your ip address before you want access and then I can get it whitelisted

(2) You access one of our computers using TeamViewer and fix the issue that way

Sorry but we cannot use any software or give You the IP address. The user has to offer us a clean way of accessing the website.

not in a way that could compromise the security of our systems. Surely you can understand that. The issue is with your plugin. it is your responsibility to fix it.

This is issue of your firewall, not with our theme/prebuilt website.

Disable it for a moment and simply download it.
