Mousewheel scroll over iframe issue

Hello,

I also noticed that when I embed an html with iframe
into a page on your theme, I lose the ability to mousewheel scroll (or
scroll via the touchpad)  if the mouse is over top of the iframe.

I notice that this is an old and well known issue with your theme. A lot of this forum discussion mention this issue.
