"Hide header" not hiding header completely

Hi, I have my "hide header" option ticked on on of my pages, however, the header is still visible (a small bit of it) as you'll see in the image, the what I'm trying to achieve is that the content should start wherever the menu ends, in the image the content starts with the grey section. image

    Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

    Where did you find a "Hide Header" option?

    Go to Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header
    There is a Minimalist option, turn it to ON.

    Check if everything is ok.
