Muffin API gets blocked

I installed the BeTheme but after i checked the status page i saw some wrong parameters like the wrong php version or a to low php memory ( i changed the limit in wp config to 256M but it didnt't worked).The Muffin API gets blocked for some reason. This is the debug message:

WP_Error Object ( [errors] => Array ( [http_request_failed] => Array ( [0] => No working transports found ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )

I wanted to enter my purchase code but it didnt worked too. I asked my hoster to stop blocking the API but i need an IP Adress and a Port or something. My PHP Time Limit is 60 and my Hoster answered that they cant change that. Is their any possibility to run the theme with this limit? Hope you can help me and looking forward to your reply.

Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hi Bryan, im also facing the same issue, I was planning to use it for an intranet website and our company firewall might block the api request. when i did ping api.muffingroup.com i get request timeout message. is there anyother way to register theme ?

Please contact your hosting provider because it's server issue.

Also, try to register a theme from other network.

Thank you Pablo. I registered the theme now. But i have two more issues.

The premium bundled plugins doesnt list Slider Revolution, Layer Slider etc. it only lists

In the System Status i still see the api.muffingroup.com is still unreachable. Is it because of this im unable to see the plugins ?

Are you talking about updating or just you dont have this plugins?

You can install it in BeTheme > Install Plugins.

I just got a response from my hosting provider, name.com :

"

Thank you for your email. I believe the content and API is on a
blacklisted server that is known for malware. If there is an alternative
way to register the theme (which I believe there is) we recommend you
please try using that method!

If you have any additional questions or concerns, certainly let us know. We would be happy to provide further assistance."

Sadly, we do not have any another way of registering the theme, this is the only way you can do it.

All what we can to do in this case, is a refund.
