Mobile Header Menu Options not Changing

I'm trying to customize the mobile header layout but when I choose any option in the Theme Options > Responsive > Header but there's no change on the mobile layout. I've refreshed and cleared cache.

Also, how do I show / hide the action bar on mobile? The email, phone number and social links at the top?

1) Please tell me, did you check a minimal option in Theme Options > Responsive > Header > Header?

2.) Ok thanks, I was just wondering if there was an option or setup in Theme Options to remove those from display.

Ok, thanks, that worked. Apologies, but it wasn't clear from your previous comment that you were telling me to check the minimal option. I didn't know if it was supposed to be checked or unchecked.
