Importing a template does not work

I am trying to load a template I' ve created into a post, I can select it, but clicking on 'Use Template' results in a page refresh but no template on sight.

Hi,

Please disable all the plugins, clear your cache too and then try.

Disabling all the plugins is no option, this is a live site.

Make a maintenance for 5-10 minutes and check it out.

If this is plugin fault we'll never solve it without doing it.
