How to setup loading?

Hi.

When a page is loading, an Action button within each page goes first.

How to fix this? I want all elements to load simultaneously.

There is stilll a lot of issues with this pictures, it says it's not migrated.

Check console on website (in firefox CTRL + SHIFT + K).
