Missing Plugins Slider Revolution, Layer Slider etc.

The plugins doesnt list Slider Revolution, Layer Slider etc. it only lists

Im using it for an intranet site so the site wont be accessible on the internet. I have control on the server. i can look in to wordpress theme folders, change config, etc. If you can guide me to a place either in wordpress or installation directory which i should look out for it would be of great help.

Presently after extracting the zip from themeforest inside betheme-premium-wordpress-theme\betheme.zip\betheme\functions\plugins

i can see only visualcomposer.php.

Hi,

All plugins are stored in wp-content/plugins folder.

You can place your plugins there.

Also i couldnt find any traces of the plugins inside BeTheme.zip folder.

That's because this plugins start to download after installing BeTheme.

It's downloading from our server. You have to download it manually from internet.

Sorry, buy I forgot that they are paid plugins, so they won't be there.

You have to connect it somehow to internet to make it download.

There is no other solution, sorry.

Does it have anything to do with API Server Connection ?

If that is the case when i hit https://api.muffingroup.com/ in browser it shows it is missing certificate. i guess this is the reason why api server connection is unreachable. Can you confirm this ? Also is it possible to update the certificates in your end ?

To do anything, like registering, downloading plugins or anything which needs a connection with our server, API must be connected.

Can you fix it yourself? This is not theme related issue.

i was able to register the theme tough. the plugins alone are missing. im clueless on what is stopping it

Did you fix this API issue?

If yes and you still cannot install plugins, please first disable all the plugins and try again.

If this won't help too, please reinstall BeTheme.

The api issue is still there. but i was able to register the theme.

If i reinstall BeTheme will i lose all the content and settings, post and page created with BeTheme.

All the settings are stored in database, but please make sure that you made a backup.

To download a plugins you have to connect with our API, without it, your issue won't be resolved.
