Disable Google Font

Hey there,
is there a way to disable Google Fonts. (EU protection law).
I allready know how to manually import Fonts. I want to wipe the google font import in the site source file.

HI,
just go to theme options>fonts>family and select system fonts instead of loading the google fonts from the list.

Hello Bryan,

this is not working for us. We selected Verdana as a Systemfont and nothing changed. It is very disappointing that such a good and big theme does not care about the gdpr in the EU and why

only 2 custom font? Every plugin for removing or disabling Google fonts on your theme is not

working. Show us a way to get rid out of this because we have to. Thanx,

Hello Pablo,

thank you for pointing in the right direction. I was going crazy. However, you can understand that disable the LS is not an optimal solution for many of us since we use it.
Is there another way of getting rid of the googleapis request its CSS is sending?
Could we just delete the line in any .php or anything like this?
Even plugins which should forbid any connection to google fonts api do not work.

Is there a solution for Revolution Slider? (I don't use LS and these two fonts are still there)

UPDATE:

I disabled all plugins and it still loads Roboto Font! ;(((

Hi,

Go to Wordpress Dashboard > Slider Revolution > Global Settings

On the bottom of the page you'll have enable google font download.

If any of steps do not work, please inspect functions/theme-head.php file where we load them and disable the font roboto.
