Finding Settings for various theme elements

Hi

I actually purchased this them around a year ago but have only found the time now to get the site going!

I have used the pharmacy pre-built site as a base...

Couple of question which I'm struggling to find answers in the documentation are 

1. Where can I change the icons for add to card and description when hovering over portfolio items? I can change the colors but want to change the icons, add to cart/description and on sale (highlighted) icons. I can turn things on and off but not change them.

2. Where are the action bar top right details editable? currently ,it shows three links...

If there is a link to a newer or more comprehensive tutorials then please share as right now I'm finding it difficult as many articles/videos are not very comprehensive.  Thank you.
