  I had checked but the purchase code listed : http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

  is the one used by my other website

  Did you register on the new website a new key?

  Key is started to be registered after inserting it into BeTheme.

  1) Please talk to your hosting provider to increase your Max_input_vars to 5000 and Time_limit to 60 or 180.

  
  

  2) Before updating plugins, please disable all of them first.

  Please disable all the plugins and try to update them.

  If this won't work, please deregister and register your theme.

  i tried to update the theme and get this message :

  I also deactivated the plugin and when I click update , i get this error :

  Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
