WP Bakery plugin will not install

I attempted to install the bundled plugins (BETHEME 20.9.5.4). Contact form 7 and duplicate post installed but nothing else will. I attempted from the BeTheme: install plugins page to just install the WP Bakery Page Builder as that was what I wanted to use. It will not install neither will the slider plugins. Some plugins did, some did not. I tried to deactivate and delete the theme and then reloaded it. It didn't make a difference. Any suggestions?

    Please tell me, is there any error message?
    If it is, please send me a screenshot of it.
    Also, make a screenshot of System Status in BeTheme > System Status.

    There is no error message.

    Server Environment

    • Server Info Apache
    • MySQL Version 5.6.32
    • PHP Version 5.6.30      

      PHP Memory Limit 128 MB        

    • Current memory limit is OK, however 256 MB is recommended.

    • PHP Time Limit 30

      Minimum 60 is required, 180 is recommended.

    • PHP Max Input Vars 1000

      Minimum 5000 is required

    • WP Max Upload Size 64 MB
    • cURL
    • DOMDocument
    • php.ini values are shown above. Real values may vary, please check your limits using php_info().

    It appears to be a hosting issue as on one of my attempts it said the "host unexpectedly dropped the connection"

    Please type to your Hosting Provider to increase your PHP Max Input Vars to 5000 and Time Limit to 180.
