Duplicate pages after Installation

Hi, 

I just purchased the BeTheme and will be using a pre-built theme (Company 3). 

It seems that all the pages came in duplicate though. Is there any special reasons for this?  Should I erase them or start a new clean installation with the plugin that formats everything before?

I have pages such as:
About us
about us
(...)

Not sure if these are out of the box pages from wordpress but I wanted a clean installation.
