How to stretch featured images to fit screen

Hi there,

How can I stretch the featured images to fit the screen based on the width and align it vertically center? Right now I'm getting a black bar at the bottom. Or it's zoomed in too far.

e.g. zoomed into far and compressing resolution http://mandaraspa.ca/Contact/

e.g. doesn't cover the full thing http://mandaraspa.ca/treatments/facials/

Your padding was to high, i reduced it, please paste this Custom CSS, if this old padding was made with Custom CSS, please delete it first.

	padding: 175px 0 160px !important;
}

You can make it through Custom CSS too.
