Hi,

1) This is unfortunately not possible to disable mega menu on mobile. If you want, we can only give you css to remove this menu item on mobile completely:

@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) { #Top_bar .menu > li#menu-item-21 { display: none; } }

2) Which item you mean exactly? Because as we see, you don't have our "Portfolio slider" on this page.

This item can't be modified because as you can see you use VC item. This is how plugin's author did responsive for this item.
