  Hi,
  

  You can see that this issue is about connection timeout and the problem is not theme related. It is all about the hosting provider. He should already recongnize and amend this issue by looking at the error message.

  This is not a new issue, a lot of users have this problem and it always gets fixed with the help on the hosting provider. We assure that the problem is not on our side.

  Hi, but I have this problem only with be theme, never had that issue before with a lot of other themes.

  Are your files extremely bigger or your download-server extremely slower?

  Hi, I can update every theme without that erros, only your Theme is giving me that error list.

  As we mentioned in the start of this topic, this error is about connection timeout, and the timeout is coming from your server. We attached the links which help our users so please go thru them. We do not quite understand what do you mean by “curl information” ?
  We get this problem from our users sometimes but it always gets fixed on their side. Our setting were never changed and they dont have to be changed.

  Hi, i changed time limit to 600, but it still did not work. So the provider changed my server (more ram and more cpu) and now finally updating works without issues. Thank you for the infos and sorry that I blamed it to you.
