Is it possible to make a header style like spacex.com. They have 2 menus with different styles in their header.

Hi,

You can make it similiar but not this same(without any modifications)

Just use a Split Menu.

Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

Just a curiosity, is it too hard to make the necessary modifications ? I don't have lots of experience but I'm eager to learn. I just want to know if it is possible.

Not that hard, but its require a HTML/CSS/JS modifications.

It's not just one file, i'm not sure about all of them.

But I can tell you, that all files connected with design are in Functions folder.
