This older answer is just for changing color, not to open it.

As I said, there is information in this link I sent you.

Just add this shortcode to column and change the openAll to 1

There is an option of color of Accordion in Theme Options > Colors > Shortcodes

If you want to change something else in this item, you have to use a Custom CSS code.
