How do I add an image and sub-header text to the "Intro Header" template?

I'm trying to add a logo just above the header text on my portfolio page. I would also like to add some sub-header text underneath the header text. I am using the "Intro Header" template option in the layout section of wordpress but I don't know how to edit it? It doesn't appear in the templates menu? Can you let me know if this can be done? Thanks.

Hi,

You can just make a slider in Revolution Slider and set it as subheader on page settings.

It require less work than what you ask for.

On the other hand you can create your own layout in wordpress dashboard > layout and customize it as you want.
