I have one problem with the menu

I have one problem with the menu, first show with trouble, but on roll down, and after roll up the page this show normal.

The page loads and show the menu above:

Then i roll down and roll up the page scroller and the menu shows normal:

Please can help me to understand what is the problem?

Hi,

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
