  This first two are full-width menus,

  Please disable full width option in Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

  U have general>layout = Full width

  Grid Width = 1690

  
  

  Header &Subheader > Header = Classic

  
  

  Options > full width (disabled)

  Options = Boxed Sticky header ticked

  I just want the menu text and logo adjacent and centered like the other menu

  Sorry, but this is not possible because of few things

  
  

  1) You have too many items in menu

  2) Your logo is too big

  3) This destroy a BeTheme script

  
  

  All you can do is decreasing Grid Width, but this will make your whole page shorter.

  Even if I'll make CSS for you, your logo will go above the menu and action bar will be smaller too.

  Test it:

  #logo img{
  	padding-right:100px !important;
  }
  
  .menu_wrapper{
  	padding-left:100px !important;
  }
