I cannot install the Revolution Slider

Hello, 

i want to make a new website with betheme, "WebDeveloper".
Before I install the demo theme, I have to install revolution slider: https://ibb.co/iwQnae
When I click on "install", there comes an Errormessage "Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, auf diese Seite zuzugreifen." -> "Unfortunately you are not allowed to acces this page."
