  I have the same issue. I used the theme on a temporary domain with GoDaddy to set the new website up. Then I switched from the GoDaddy temporary domain to the real domain. GoDaddy can not remove the temporary domain, and it points to the exact same WP installation as the live domain. I do not want to uninstall the theme files because this is a live site now, but I need to register with the new production domain.

  I have the same issue, I deregistered with that tool, and i need to add a recently added license to the new soonly to open webstie in a new domain.

  g9n.a63.... is just an alias domain, so I can't delete the theme files, or it will also delete for my production site, it is one in the same.

  Please talk with your hosting provider to delete this files from server.

  https://themeforest.net/ to deregister your theme manually.

  You will have to deregister all of your license keys, and then register them again. You most likey moved the theme wihtout deregistering it and the system does not allow you to register.

  Thanks for that suggestion, I did try to do some cleanup. I found I was able to change the primary domain to the temporary domain, do the de-register, then change back to primary domain, also de-register, and then register again, that solved the root issue I originally posted about.
