Import and export is not working

I have tried import and export feature it has tons and tons of crashes and simply not working at all

Hi,

1) Disable all of the plugins, clear the cache.

2) Be sure that BeTheme is up to date

3) Send a link to screenshot of the System Status in BeTheme > System Status

4) Send a link to your website.

How can I disable all plugins and my website is running already??????

theme is just bought 2 days back,

this is my website the last section in home page and About us I want to copy to other pages and it always fail big time.

If you want to see the problem log in and try to copy last section of home page to services

Like Pablo said, please disable all plugins. It does not matter if the website is runnign or not.

Simply disable them and then try to import/export the content.

Please also check the theme options>global>advanced - database table prefix

Hi,

Follow the steps:

1) Disable all of the plugins

2) Make sure that your theme options>global>advanced - database table

https://prnt.sc/khc2ji to be base_prefix (prefix is only for multisite websites)

3) Check if the import/export works

4) Type here, if this is working.

5) Turn on the plugins
