Content from ALL pages appearing on home page

Something strange happened today - my website has duplicated content from all pages onto my home page.


But in the back-end, the Muffin Builder content is what it should be for the home page and does not show the content from the other pages.

I have a backup from last night that i can restore but i would lose content created today.

Any ideas how i could fix this?

    Fixed it! Realised my Home Page and Posts page were set to the same page! Creating a new 'blog' page for Posts fixed it.
