Portfolio hover change title

Hello,

I'm new to muffin themes, and I can't find how to modifiy the text of the hover when my mouse is on the portfolio title in my home page.

For example, in my home page, when the mouse is on the "Jardin de Provence" box, I would like to change the hover text from "See more" to another one.

Any ideas about how I could change this text ?
