Can´t install prebuilt website

Hi! I want to install a pre-built website (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/architect/) but I can´t !! The first time I wanted to install it It said that I have to wait until installation finishes. This message disappeared and nothing happened! I tried again but a message said that some files already exist. The site is the following: [Links visible only for registered users] .

    Hi,

    Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit [Links visible only for registered users].
