Home link not working

Hi

I have created a sub-menu under the Home page button (Features) When clicking on Features, there is no action. I have to click a bit below for the link to activate. How to change it so when clicking on the word Features, the link will be active?

After disabling whole Custom CSS on your website everything works fine.
