Make text smaller on tablet ladnscape (responsiveness)

Hi, my site http://jimenezortodoncia.com/main has a small issue whith responsiveness, the first "pill" after the slider revolution slider the one that shows a "3", you'll see there's this title which says "odontopediatría" when seen on tablet landscape the text is too big for the space and it gets out of the pill and invades the red color. What may be a solution is making the text smaller so it fits inside the wite space.
