What icon company/website is used for all of the icons and is it possible to add our own icons? (and specifically if we can where and how we do that and what size/ colors / file should these icons be in)?

Is it also possible to have the icons change color when "moused" over?

Icons has been included by us and you can check them all on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/typography#icons but you can't add your own to this package. However we got this feature in plans.

Colors could be changed but it depends where exactly. If you will show us where you want to change colors, then we can explain how to do this.

I would like the ability to change the color of the top three icons when you mouse over them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Which top three icons you mean? Because we don't see any on your website.

The blue icons on the homepage for PBM Services, Pharmacies and Partners. They are right below the slider image.

But they are not icons as you can see on http://pbrd.co/1EoK7aP - those are images. So you can't change hover color for images as it is technically not possible.
