Deregister theme purchase code subdomain

Hi Muffingroup,

This year we moved all our websites to a new server. Now I want to update several websites we build for our customers, but this failed.

Via your online management tool for all our registered purchase codes, I saw that we have used these codes also on our test websites. Of course I want to deregister this by myself, but unfortunately, this is a problem, because the main domain on these servers is not here anymore.

It's about these two subdomains:

residencepapenhoef.kraakmakend.nl

fridayandco.kraakmakend.nl

Is there a possibility that you can deregister these subdomains for me?

All requests concerning license deregistration must be send thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact

This tool is created for deregister licenses on domain which do not exists anymore or there is no betheme.
