This was fixed quite long time ago. So probably you use old theme version and that's why got a problem.

it is fine when you have default footer...but when you switch to scrolling or fixed...i get that issue...sorry forgot to mention this

This is how it looks like on our cumputers http://pbrd.co/1DRSqYX and we really can't replicate the look as you got. We tested this already on 4 different computers and on each looks like on the screenshot.

i can see from your screenshot that you are viewing in 1920x1080 display which is atleast 21inches wide

please check on regular resolution like all others use general display 1366x768 15-17inch screens

the problem exists...with default footer it is fine....but sliding or fixed footer it is not coming up correctly

No, this screenshot comes from 1440 x 900px screen size. But please activate the footer style you want to use on your website and we'll have a look on it because currently you have default style activated.
