Menu glitching & not showing up when i log out of wordpress

Hey,

I have a unique issue with the menu on the following site - http://harveydental.maxillamarketingdemo.com/

Everything is up to date on the site and is registered properly.

When I am logged into wordpress the menu shows up fine on every page. However when I log out or check what it looks like on different browsers the menu doesn't show up on the homepage and often times doesn't show up on the inner pages either. It seems to just pick and choose when it wants to work. I believe this is a javascript error but please take a look. I can provide website logins if needed. Also the mobile menu does not work, not sure if this is a related issue.

I have already tried switching the menu type, etc but nothing seems to work. Please help.

Hi,

you issue is not really unique. It happens to a lot of users. It is caused by your cache/optimization plugins. Please do not use them while developing the website.

To resolve your issue:

1. Disable all plugins.

2. Clear browser cache.

Hey Bryan,

Thanks for reaching out so quick. I followed your steps and only re-activated the essential plugins, none of them are cache/optimization plugins. But i still get the problem. I've cleared my cache, and had people go to the site from different computers, browsers etc.

Good catch, I had to disabled it via FTP. Still not seeing the header on firefox though.

Sorry but I think you misunderstood me. I mean you disable all plugins, not re-enable them.

So do this:

1. Disable all plugins

2. Clear browser cache on your firefox.

3. Check if the header appears.

we disabled ALL of your plugins and it works fine, this has somthing to do with one of your plugins.
