Can't save new rows
The site I need help with is .... https://wendypollard.com
On the Causes page, we want to create a row for each of the causes we support. I have entered 8 rows with two 50% columns and have had no problems. But I want to add 2 more rows that will not publish. I can create the rows with no problem in the editor, but after I Update the page, the 9th row only shows the left column, and any additional rows do not show at all as published on the page. When I go back to the editor, the rows no longer show there either (just the left column of the 9th row shows)
I have tried trouble-shooting various ways. One thing I tried was to insert new rows in the middle of the other 8 rows. After updating, the new rows publish properly in the middle of the others, but the bottom rows that were previously published now disappear. Your theme will only allow me to have 8 rows and the left column of the 9th row, and then cuts off anything more during publishing.
I have deactivated all of the plugins except visual composer as it is needed to display the page. Yet the problem persists.
I googled this issue and found several others with a similar issue. However your replies were blocked for some reason. This leads me to believe that this may be a common problem and so you may already know what the fix is. If not and you need to explore my site, please let me know what you need and I will provide login or whatever.
Thank you for your help,
Earl

It says it is disabled in white label mode.
My client had some other developer create this website and I am now maintaining it. I assume "white label mode" means that the other developer bought a multi-site license from you and so serves as the person who is responsible for fixes such as this. That developer is completely out of the picture and I just purchased a new Betheme license from Themeforest. I have provided the purchase code to you during sign up process.
So, if my assumption is correct, I need you to help me register this site with YOU and have it no longer associated with the other developer, so that I can receive full support from you and not get anymore "disabled in white label mode" messages.
And of course, I need help resolving my initial problem.
Thank you,
Earl
