How to enable image zoom/magnification on betheme shop?

Hi

I just get a black screen clicking the zoom-button in my betheme pre-built shop (aufdenwolken.ch) - I've tried so many things already but dont't get around with it. so where's the problem? Thnxs for your help!

please first disable all plugins and then check again.

Nothing happened - the same black Screen. (Disabling ALL plugins? The black screen disappeared because also the whole WooCommerce shop disappeared..?!!)

Hi,

Please be sure that your theme is up to date.

Also, if you use a child theme, switch it to parent.

Plugins can make a lot of problem.

JetPack is the one which make couple of them, be sure that you disabled it.
