Unable to create Mega Menu

  I have now installed two different shop demo sites, both showing a Mega Menu in the demo, and neither showing a Mega Menu when installed. Please help!

  My themes are up to date on all sites. I have read this documentation, but the Mega Menu does not work. If I could import an example, I'm sure I could figure it out, but the two shop themes, which show a mega menu in the demo, do not produce a Mega Menu when imported.

  As you can see in this screen shot, there is no option to activate Mega Menus.

  I do not have access to see this screenshot.

  Tell me, do you use a Child theme or Parent?

  If Child, please change it to parent and try again.

  Disable all of the plugins too.

  I have switched to parent theme and disabled all plugins. There was also a new update to the theme, which I have installed. There is still no Mega Menu option.

  Hello,

  Just in case this is still open. I was also searching to find where is the mega menu setting and i just found it. In my version of the theme it is under the Theme options->Global->Advanced: Header 'Theme Functions' and the last choice in this set of field selections.

  Sorry guys, I thought this was the above path was the setting that would enable it but from what i see it is the setting that will disable it. I also cannot see the mega menu when I go to the apperance->options. I also cannot see the menu title field and i have updated the theme to its latest version...

  This seems like a highly un-secure method for providing this access. Wouldn't it be better to provide us with email address so we can create your user account with the WordPress interface?

  we suggest taking a look into theme options>global>advanced, where you disabled the mega menu completly.

  I toggled that setting off and on several times in an attempt to fix the issue—but that was before the last update. I don't mind being wrong, but in this case, there was most definitely an issue. Thank you for your help.
