Header (white background for menu bar) should be sticky

The header (white background for menu bar) stays hidden and appears by scrolldown. I want to have this header stay on the top of the website sticky from the beginning.

Please let me know, how I can fix it in css or javascript.

Hi,

Please go to Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header > Sticky Header section

Change it to "The same as Top Bar Left background"

But I found out, it is aleady setting and it dosen't have any effect.

I need to have the white header background from the beginning, not just by scrolldown.

Can I fix it in css?
