Font on the mobile view too big

Hi,
when displayed in the mobile view (smartphone) the headline is cut off.
Can one adjust it so that the heading adapts itself?
The normal settings in the theme - options (Responsive Design) I have already set. Unfortunately without success!

Please

1) Disable all of the plugins, clear cache and check again.

2) Clear for a while a Custom CSS code and check again too

Please go to Theme Options > Responsive > General

Is Decrease Fonts option turned on?

I can make it with CSS,

but the result won't be looking good on every smartphone.
