Can't install the plugins layer slider, wp bakery page builder, slider revolution caused on an error

  Hello,
  this is an error in the API connection, you should be able to check that in your betheme dashboard system status. We suggest disabling all of the plugins and custom scripts on the page.
  Please also contact your hosting provider because this is a hosting issue.

  At my betheme dashbaord system status, seems everything ok.  

  i even asked my hoster, he told me, that other clients do have the same problems.

  Sorry but this is a server issue, not the theme issue. It must be something about DNS and your server blocking the connection.

  We cannot fix this because it is a hosting issue.

  the max execution time  turned up to 3000 before i asked the question.  i have also asked my hoster. neither the curl nor the dns is blocked by the hoster. do you use other dns entrys which the hoster has to change? 

  
  

  sorry but it is really a pain- you say it is a hosting issue and my hoster really wants to help. think other persons do have similar problems. maybe you can give us some more information.

  I looked at your PHP.ini file you sent and I noticed,

  that your server settings values are way too low.

  
  I really want to help, but the issue isn't the theme's fault.
  For now, please talk with your hosting provider about increasing:
  - max execution time
  - max input vars
  - max input time
  
  Then disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and try to install
  these plugins.
